About Us

FR.O.G. is an organization made up of Advisors and Girls in the Older Girl Program in Association 37 (Frederick County, MD).  This group provides program activities and events in the local area.  The organization is funded through dues paid by each troop registered.  Fees for activities and events are the responsibility of the troops or Juliettes attending.  Juliettes may attend FR.O.G activities and events as long as they register, pay any fee and have a parent attend with them.

Please remember part of being a member of FROG requires your troop have girl representation at a minimum of two FROG meetings  a year.  That your troop host or co-host an event within two years of joining.  The event must be open to just FROG members.  Service Unit events do not meet this requirement.  Typically a troop will present an idea at a FROG meeting to get feedback from the girls to be sure there is enough interest to pursue it.  If your troop needs any help or suggestions other FROG members will be glad to help.

Thanks to all the troops that have sponsored events and are planning events for next year! We now have more than 400 girls registered!

Girls are encouraged to attend as many meetings as possible.  We look for your input on what you would like to do.

Troops that are not registered do not have access to the Private Site.  The Private Site contains the meeting minutes, event and registration fliers.  If you believe you need access please send an email to FrederickOlderGirls@gmail.com with your troop number and the contact name that the troop registered under.
